He featured in some of British boxings tastiest rivalries of recent years, notably with former amateur team mate James Degale and who can forget the 80,000 at Wembley with ‘The Cobra’ Carl Froch.A career that spanned 10 years and involved British, Commonwealth and European titles, cuts, knockdowns, dislocated shoulders and 3 world title attempts, George achieved his dream of winning world honours at his 4th attempt, beating Fedor Chudinov in frant of a packed crowd at Bramall Lane, Sheffield.

- Fundamentals with stance positioning, alignment of footwork, hand position varieties and explanation of differences in posture for power.
- Technique for generating speed and power and explaining patterns of weight distribution and flow.
- Mitt pad-work including a breakdown of the fundamental punches to then build into logical combinations and appropriate defensive movements to follow.
